Maintain insurance policies and schedules
Organize SharePoint folders and manage access
Support the Certificate of Insurance process and keep COI records updated
Update Enterprise Risk Management records and reports
Communicate with stakeholders to build project trackers, identify insurance needs, and gather project and renewal data
Monitor shared email for vendor and team inquiries
Contribute to ad hoc business projects
Assist with premium allocations
Manage NDAs and support brokers
Help Global Director of Risk Management with projects
Report minor claims and escalate larger ones; analyze claim trends
Request catastrophe modeling data
Qualification
Required
3–5 years' insurance/risk management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Maintain insurance policies and schedules
Organize SharePoint folders and manage access
Support the Certificate of Insurance process and keep COI records updated
Update Enterprise Risk Management records and reports
Communicate with stakeholders to build project trackers, identify insurance needs, and gather project and renewal data
Monitor shared email for vendor and team inquiries
Contribute to ad hoc business projects

Preferred
Industry designations preferred
Insurance/Risk Management team support experience a plus
AI efficiency implementation experience beneficial
Experience liaising with insurance brokers / carriers
An ability to work with team members of all levels within the company
Bachelor's degree preferred (Risk Management, Finance, Business or equivalent)
Property & Casualty Insurance License is ideal, but not essential
