Residential Manager- 5,000 Sign on Bonus
ACLD is a leading not-for-profit agency providing services for individuals with developmental disabilities. They are seeking a seasoned Residential Manager to oversee the operations of an adult residential group home and ensure the well-being of the residents.

Responsibilities
Promote a positive and productive work environment
Hire, train and coach all direct care employees including Assistant Manager
Promote ACLD’s values and strategic vision
Develop and manage Individual Service Plans and Plans of Protection/Behavior Support Plans
Ensure oversight of Health & Fire Safety
Manage crisis situations and behavioral issues as the needs arise
Manage budgets and ensure sound fiscal management procedures are being followed
Ensure accurate documentation and service billing is complete and submitted in a timely fashion
Diligent in complying with OPWDD and ACLD policies, rules and regulations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Two years experience working in I/DD field
One year supervisory experience
Strong managerial skills and written and verbal communication skills
Clean and valid New York driver's license
Strong Microsoft Office computer skills
