Responsibilities
Strong Debt Finance Experience: Extensive and focused experience in a sophisticated law firm setting leading complex debt finance transactions described above, including cash flow lending, acquisition finance, asset-based loan transactions, and restructurings
Entrepreneurial Spirit and Collaborative Approach: A desire to develop business and contribute to the growth and development of the firm, coupled with a collaborative approach to working with other partners and associates
Significant Portable Book of Business: An existing portable client base plus demonstrated ability to attract and retain clients, with a focus on banks, alternative capital providers and/or private equity sponsors
