Responsibilities

Supporting users workstations either in person and/or with remote access
Supporting Windows 11 operating system
Supporting software in an Enterprise environment
Understanding of business applications including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and Reader, and major web browsers
Knowledge of network protocols/services and network infrastructures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with users at any technical level
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of an organization
To be a proactive member of the PC Technician group
Supports a range of desktop, laptop, and tablet devices in the GCC High Enterprise environment
Respond to support cases via Web-based Help Desk ticketing system
Coordinating with end users to schedule and deploy their new or replacement workstations
Ability to troubleshoot and identify issues with the end users' workstation relating to the operating system (generally Windows 10/11), device hardware, and applications
Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Imaging computer workstations
The imaging process utilizes System Center Configuration Manager
Reporting to the Project Manager as required for project updates

Required

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
2 years: Desktop Support in an Enterprise, Windows Desktop based working environment as a field technician; specifically in supporting the Windows desktop operating system
1 years: Desktop support for cloud services to include Teams, OneDrive, M365
Communication, Organizational, and written skills are a must
A valid/clear driver's license is required
Supporting users workstations either in person and/or with remote access
