Payroll and Expense Administrator
LV Search Partners is a leading gaming manufacturer based in Las Vegas, seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Expense Administrator. This role is critical in ensuring accurate payroll processing and employee expense reporting, while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
Process full-cycle payroll on a regular schedule, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Administer and reconcile employee expense reports in accordance with company policies
Maintain payroll records, employee data, and documentation with a high level of confidentiality
Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll and expense inquiries
Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as needed
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related matters
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in payroll administration or a similar role
Hands-on experience with Paylocity required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data reconciliation)
Experience processing expense reports and reimbursements
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or gaming-related environment
Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing
