They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in the Data Center/Mission Critical market, managing complex builds from preconstruction through closeout while traveling nationwide.

Responsibilities
Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
Travel to project sites and be present in the field throughout construction
Develop and manage schedules, budgets, scopes, and logistics plans
Coordinate daily with superintendents, subcontractors, design teams, and ownership groups
Manage subcontractor buyout, contracts, and scope alignment
Review and process RFIs, submittals, and design documents
Oversee punch lists, startup, and commissioning
Maintain accurate documentation in construction management software (CMiC or similar)
Monitor budgets, forecasting, and cash flow
Review and approve pay applications
Track cost and manage change orders
Negotiate owner and subcontractor change requests
Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Lead weekly on-site meetings and communicate progress updates
Build strong, long-term relationships with subcontractors and partners
Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related experience
5+ years managing commercial or industrial construction projects ($5M-$30M+)
Willingness and ability to travel or relocate temporarily for project assignments
Strong knowledge of contracts, drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, CMiC, Bluebeam, or similar tools
Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills
Frequent travel to active project sites, potentially nationwide
Ability to navigate uneven terrain and active jobsites daily
Work at a computer for extended periods
Standing, walking, kneeling, and driving as needed
