Program Manager – Career Services
Goodwill Omaha is seeking a Program Manager for their Career Services department. The role involves overseeing Career Navigators, Case Managers, and Follow-Up Specialists to ensure team performance aligns with organizational goals while focusing on participant outcomes and staff well-being.

Responsibilities
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate case managers to ensure they meet performance and service standards
Assign cases and ensure equitable workloads among team members
Ensure case managers adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Monitor and review case files and documentation to ensure compliance with best practices, accreditation standards, and legal requirements
Guide complex cases and assist in developing solutions for challenging situations
Assist with developing, monitoring, and tracking program outcome goals
Support case managers in responding to emergencies or high-risk situations
Monitor program budget and operate the program within budget guidelines
Prepare and submit reports on program performance, staff productivity, and participant outcomes
Promote and ensure mission integration through education, communication, and positive relationships
Address staff conflicts, participant concerns, and other issues promptly and effectively
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to support staff development and performance improvement
Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into case management systems
Role model attendance expectations by being present, on time, available, and productive during working hours
Actively maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of employees, customers, and participants
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Four (4) or more years of leadership experience required
Valid driver's license
Must be able to maintain confidentiality
Must have strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Must have excellent time management skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to travel locally
Must demonstrate strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Services, or a related field preferred
Two (2) or more years of case management experience preferred
First Aid/CPR Certification preferred
