Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders across finance, operations, clinical leadership, marketing, and administration to define KPIs and analytics requirements
Design and develop scalable dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar
Lead the implementation of BI standards, best practices, and governance frameworks
Design and maintain robust data models to support reporting and analytics
Oversee data integration and ETL processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, performance, and timeliness
Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams on data infrastructure and pipeline improvements
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities
Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
Monitor performance of BI solutions and continuously optimize for usability and impact
Mentor and coach BI and data analysts; review work for accuracy, scalability, and usability
Guide onboarding, training, and skill development for junior team members
Promote BI adoption through user training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
Occasionally present insights and data narratives to senior leadership
Stay current with emerging BI, analytics, and data technologies
Evaluate new tools, techniques, and methodologies for potential adoption
Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes, tools, and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
5–8+ years of progressive BI or data analytics experience
At least 2–3 years in a senior or lead analytics role
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise BI solutions
Experience mentoring or supervising analysts and managing enterprise dashboards
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Strong SQL skills
Strong business acumen and stakeholder partnership skills
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain data to non-technical audiences
Leadership and mentoring capabilities
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-directed, proactive mindset with strong initiative
Preferred
Master's degree
BI or analytics certifications (e.g., Microsoft Data Analytics Associate, Tableau Certified Professional)
Python or R for analytics
