Responsibilities
Oversee offshore delivery operations with a focus on managing teams based in India or similar regions
Travel to India 3–4 times annually to strengthen relationships, reinforce operating structures, and ensure alignment across global teams
Establish and maintain effective working rhythms that support follow‑the‑sun delivery models and seamless collaboration across time zones
Drive continuous communication and operational cohesion between Denver‑based teams and offshore partners
Lead large‑scale distributed programs, ensuring clarity, structure, and accountability across all delivery streams
Elevate team performance through coaching, transparent communication, and metrics‑driven execution practices
Apply deep experience in both airline and technology environments to support operational, regulatory, and customer‑experience needs unique to the aviation industry
Deliver complex digital products or platforms in high‑availability, customer‑facing environments requiring precision, operational integrity, and rapid execution
Navigate ambiguity and influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority to drive alignment and progress
Lead large‑scale transformation initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on quality, risk mitigation, and process optimization
Ensure operational excellence by balancing speed, reliability, and customer‑centric outcomes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in globally distributed engineering, product, and operations groups at the director level or above
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience)
Airline industry experience is a plus but not required
