Responsibilities
Monitor various systems and dashboards to detect and respond to issues quickly
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Track and manage support tickets, escalating as needed
Perform scheduled audits (e.g., Surveillance and SAN Loitering) with precision
Collaborate with team members to maintain service goals
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers
Support after-hours ticket and phone monitoring when scheduled
Embrace and represent our customer-first mindset
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Currently enrolled in or recently completed an IT certification program
1–2 years of relevant experience or strong interest in technology
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Strong technical knowledge: Windows 7, VPNs, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Microsoft Office
A team-oriented attitude and professional appearance
