Responsibilities
Design and build end-to-end GenAI-powered applications, including web-based UIs, API services, and backend orchestration
Implement and integrate LLM-based experiences using frameworks like LangChain, Llama Index, and tools like OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini
Define, implement, and champion operational excellence standards (SLOs, response frameworks) for all services deployed
Develop responsive, accessible, and modern frontend interfaces using frameworks like React or Vue — with a focus on usability, performance, and trust in AI outputs
Build and maintain a library of reusable frontend components and hooks that allow other business delivery teams to easily "drop in" GenAI capabilities into their own applications
Qualification
Required
8+ years frontend engineering experience with 2+ years at staff/principal level or equivalent
Expert-level React skills with deep understanding of modern patterns (hooks, context, suspense)
Experience with TypeScript, state management (Redux/Zustand/Jotai), and modern build tools
Experience with Python
Proven track record shipping 0-to-1 products rapidly without sacrificing quality
Strong systems thinking and ability to architect scalable frontend solutions
Understanding of backend APIs, authentication patterns, and data fetching strategies
Ability to work autonomously and drive projects from ambiguity to production
Preferred
Accessibility experience in React
GenAI / LangChain experience
Experience with LLMs
OpenAI or similar AI-related experience
