Responsibilities
Leverage an existing ISO and broker book of business to generate immediate and consistent MCA deal flow
Recruit, onboard, and manage ISO partners, brokers, and affiliates nationwide
Build long-term broker and ISO relationships through high-touch communication and support
Manage the full merchant cash advance funding process, including submissions, underwriting, approvals, negotiations, and funding
Train ISO partners on MCA products, underwriting guidelines, compliance standards, and best practices
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in merchant cash advance (MCA) or alternative lending
Direct experience in ISO relationship management, broker management, or business development
Established ISO / broker network with the ability to bring an active book of business
Strong understanding of MCA underwriting, deal structuring, and funding workflows
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-driven, performance-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, in-office environment
