Responsibilities

Support the management of low-code development platforms from vision to production ready, solving our clients’ most complex challenges
Contribute to the design, development, testing, and sustainment of applications built on Microsoft’s Power Platform, including Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and M365 tools such as SharePoint and Teams
Work directly with the customer to troubleshoot issues, understand requirements, and resolve problems in real time
Engage with team members and mission partners to clarify needs, provide guidance, and ensure solutions align with operational objectives
Support and maintain existing applications, implement enhancements, and provide responsive technical assistance to end users
Collaborate with a team of developers and technical staff to architect and deliver modern tools, coordinate workload, and align efforts with mission priorities
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support long term sustainment, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer

Required

3+ years of experience with Power Platform, including Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
2+ years of experience providing direct technical support to customers or mission partners
2+ years of experience troubleshooting application issues and delivering user‑focused solutions
2+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional development teams
1+ years of experience with SharePoint and Palantir
1+ years of experience gathering requirements and communicating with stakeholders
1+ year of experience participating in iterative development processes
1+ year of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Preferred

Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products
Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, ServiceNow, SalesForce, Pega, Appian, or OpenText
Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization
Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
Bachelor's degree
