New Grad, Entry LevelCommunity Senior Life is seeking a CPAP Resupply Coordinator to join their dedicated team. In this role, you will assist patients in obtaining the CPAP supplies they need, ensuring smooth communication and processing of orders from prescriptions to shipping.

Responsibilities
Call patients to review current CPAP supplies and identify what they need next
Verify patient information, insurance details, and mailing addresses
Request updated prescriptions or documentation from physicians
Explain copays/deductibles and assist with collections as needed
Enter orders and authorizations accurately
Ensure orders meet utilization guidelines and are processed correctly
Coordinate shipping, tracking, and invoicing for each order
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
A customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset
The ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior customer service experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person!
