Responsibilities
Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains time-phased cost proposals and revisions
Develops resource forecasts and variance explanations for budgets in coordination with Management Team
Prepares monthly financial reporting and metrics, both internal and external for Management Team and customers
Weekly timesheet review, tracking and reporting
Displays exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written/verbal communications as well as visualizations
Possesses strong team building skills across multi-functional areas that establishes a collaborative operational structure
Exhibits proven track record of working under tight deadlines
High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Strong professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service and follow-up
Makes recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
Maintain effective communication and cross-train within the department to serve as backup to others when assigned
Learn and understand the financial reporting tools, including testing new features, report development and training
Qualification
Required
BA in General Business (or equivalent) with minimum 2 years' experience in Government Financial reporting utilizing a database for a large complex contract with numerous reporting levels
Strong MS Excel experience including pivot tables, graphs and trend analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, OneDrive), SharePoint, and Box
