The role involves designing, maintaining, and repairing heat transfer products for aerospace applications while supporting FAA Repair Station activities and leading projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and repair heat transfer products for aerospace applications
Support FAA Repair Station activities and develop DER repairs
Apply engineering principles to deliver FAA FAR-145 component repair solutions
Lead projects from concept to completion—planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
Collaborate across teams to resolve technical feasibility and production issues
Build strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with industry standards

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or higher
5+ years in a regulated industry (Aerospace/Defense preferred); FAA certification knowledge is a plus
Strong technical and analytical skills (including FEA)
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven project management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines
A team player with ambition and flexibility to grow professionally
U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (due to U.S. Government contracts)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
PPE required in designated areas

Preferred

Experience in Aerospace/Defense industry
