The California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) is seeking an Analyst II to provide business and administrative support at the Disaster Logistics NorCal Warehouse in Dixon, CA. The role involves managing warehouse operations, including facilities, contract services, and disaster coordination, while also assisting in planning and evaluating ongoing operations.

Responsibilities
Provide expert knowledge and technical assistance in the day-to-day management of administrative operations, with particular focus to warehouse operations including facilities, contract and procurement services, fleet management, disaster coordination, property control and asset management operations
Assist in the planning, organizing, evaluating the ongoing operations of facilities, purchasing, procurement, and contract processing needs
Qualification
Required
Candidate must demonstrate integrity, initiative, dependability, and good judgment while leading and developing a team of professional planners
Must be able to work independently and cooperatively with others, follow oral and written directions, and exercise good writing skills
Analytical & Data Integrity: Ability to analyze complex data sets to ensure accuracy, identify operational trends, and perform regular reconciliation of records
Systems Proficiency: Experience utilizing specialized databases or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to track, manage, and report on high-volume assets or information
Process Optimization: Demonstrated ability to evaluate existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency
Reporting & Communication: Experience developing formal reports and data visualizations to communicate key performance metrics to various levels of management
Operational Agility: Ability to manage high-volume workloads and shift priorities effectively during periods of increased organizational demand or surge operations
Compliance & Auditing: Experience performing quality control checks or internal audits to ensure work remains in compliance with strict regulatory policies and standards
Collaborative Coordination: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals
