Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concerns
Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey
Schedule appointments with customers to view and test drive new and used inventory
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the new and used inventory the dealership carries
Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by e-mail, or in person
Qualification
Required
1+ years of automotive sales experience
Friendly and cooperative demeanor; quick to connect and build relationships with others
Easygoing, uninhibited, and comfortable working with others
Persuasive with a strong drive for results
Tolerant of uncertainty
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; deals creatively, logically and empathetically with customers and coworkers
High School Diploma or equivalent; Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
