They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Scheduler to join their Installation and Service Department, responsible for coordinating and scheduling inspections and installations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the CRM system.

Responsibilities

Continue to seek knowledge in learning the window and door business. This position is being trained to move up and be a project coordinator

Document scanning

Coordinate and schedule inspections and installs with different municipalities, building departments/officials, homeowners, Field Install Supervisors, and subcontractors/installers. Review and keep abreast of the install schedule

QC Calls: Follow up with customers to ask about the level of service they received. Monitor project progress to ensure it's following the schedule

Customer Experience: Make the customer a priority. Answer phone calls and greet/assist customers walking into the facility

Maintain and update CRM system. Convey changes to the schedule and budgets, as well as internal issues, to the appropriate parties

Manage the job assignments of subcontractors under your team
