Leading laboratory projects
Preparing figures for manuscripts and writing Results sections of manuscripts
Training junior lab members/students
Aseptic cell culture techniques
Protein extraction, western blotting
RNA extraction, PCR/qPCR
Immunofluorescence/immunohistochemistry staining
Confocal and TIRF microscopy
Rodent animal handling, urine collection, and intraperitoneal/retroorbital injection
Qualification
Required
Bachelors and Masters or Doctoral Degree
at least 2 years in lab environment
