Responsibilities

Conducting RF and other mission essential analysis for proposals, studies, trades, and programs
Act as client-facing lead for projects in the national security space and other mission area
Plan and execute analysis efforts in coordination with internal and external clients
Enthusiastically participate in the technical growth of junior engineers and analysts
Utilize your creativity and problem solving skills to think outside the box and address novel technical challenges

Required

Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field
Familiar with RF principles and orbital mechanics
Experience developing tools and performing spacecraft mission analysis using MATLAB
Experience using Systems Tool Kit (STK)
Experience collaborating with senior customers and stakeholders
Must have an active Top Secret clearance prior to start (with a current investigation or CV date) and be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

Preferred

Master's degree with strong Math, Physics, and/or Statistics background
Active TS/SCI clearance
Experience with antenna design (feeds, reflectors, phased arrays, etc.)
Experience with state estimation and geolocation analysis
Experience managing projects, often in ambiguous situations
Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully between multiple engineering disciplines
Experience in the national security space and related mission areas
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills from a systems perspective
Strong communications and teamwork skills
Unbridled enthusiasm the broader space and national security mission area
