A comprehensive overview of the banking industry via case studies, departmental rotations, executive briefings, strategy meetings and special projects
Business and industry research, compliance monitoring and financial analysis
Loan presentations to senior management
One-on-one mentoring with recent ODP graduates, program managers and HR career counselors
Team challenges and after hours social events
Qualification
Required
Completed junior year of a BA/BS degree
Business major required
Cumulative 3.25 GPA
Accounting or finance coursework required
Demonstrated extracurricular achievement
Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and excel in a deadline-driven environment
High level of initiative and accountability
Results-driven, team-oriented and client-focused
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
