FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair coffee and water equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance
Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet quality standards
Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and providing information on the proper use of equipment
Keep updated records of performed tasks and customers
Manage and address any customer complaints or issues
Comply with safety and health regulations
Qualification
Required
Must have strong technical aptitude and be comfortable repairing small appliances
Experience with light plumbing or basic electrical work is a plus
Technically proficient and able to troubleshoot issues efficiently
Excellent customer service and time management skills
