Responsibilities
Conduct market, competitor, and stakeholder research
Support value proposition and narrative development
Build components of business models and go-to-market logic
Support operating model work (decision rights, governance, ways of working)
Develop activation tools: metrics, dashboards, roadmaps
Support proposal development from early concept to final submission
Help structure loose ideas into clear approaches
Build client-ready slides and materials
Learn how consulting work is shaped and sold
Support creative design of executive immersions
Assist with megatrend research and synthesis
Help package and refine repeatable offerings
Participate in IRLs and capture insights
Qualification
Required
Associate: 2–4 years relevant experience
Senior Associate: 4–7 years with workstream ownership
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Clear communicator
Interested in strategy and execution, not just research
Your work makes the team faster and sharper
You move from analysis to synthesis to story
You are curious about how ideas become work
You build toward ownership
BS or BA (Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Sciences preferred)
Preferred
MBA is not required but would be beneficial in this role; only MBAs with prior consulting experience are considered
