Business Banking Relationship Manager
The QTI Group is partnering with Bank CMG to hire a Relationship Manager, Business Banking, to serve the Madison market. This role involves managing client portfolios, providing tailored banking solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of business banking clients
Provide tailored solutions for business banking needs, including lending and deposit services
Proactively respond to referrals and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional follow-up, to grow market share and retain/grow existing portfolio
Collaborate with internal partners to cross-sell additional products and services such as Wealth Management, Private Banking, and Retail Banking
Deliver superior customer service and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Ensure portfolio administration and risk management of each client relationship is in compliance with the bank’s credit policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in business banking, with a solid understanding of lending products
Strong relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions
Track record of sales and client management success
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities
