Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of email campaigns in Oracle Responsys
Manage campaign intake, prioritize backlog, and build reusable templates
Collaborate with campaign managers, developers, and operations teams to ensure flawless execution
Define KPIs/OKRs, track campaign performance, and recommend improvements
Ensure compliance with risk, security, and quality standards
Serve as a business lead for cross-functional initiatives and new capability rollouts

Qualification

Required

4+ years' experience as Product Owner / Product Manager (preferably in Financial Services or Tech)
Candidate should work on Artech W2
Hands-on experience with Oracle Responsys for email campaign deployment
Proficiency in HTML/CSS (for email templates)
Experience working in Agile environment (Scrum, JIRA, Adobe Workfront)
Strong understanding of compliance/risk standards in communications

Preferred

Familiarity with RPL development language
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Figma (for creative assets)
Understanding of audience data transfer via SFTP/API
Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO)
