Responsibilities
Operational Support: Support teams for live streaming services and assist in broadcast transmission check-ins for high-profile events
Workflow Management: Setup and maintain live encoding and broadcast workflows
Real-Time Troubleshooting: Resolve complex video delivery and live workflow issues under high pressure
Integrations: Troubleshoot complex partner and vendor integrations
Documentation: Create and execute playbooks, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports, and high-level summaries for outages
