Responsibilities
Support property due diligence by reviewing zoning and land development codes
Conduct market research to inform decision-making processes
Perform financial analysis studies to assess project feasibility
Collaborate with the VP of Development to review consultant proposals, providing high-level comparison summaries
Oversee planning, entitlements, permitting, and rezoning processes
Manage external consultants, including surveyors and engineers
Attend meetings with brokers, sellers, and municipalities to facilitate project coordination
Assist in budgeting and invoicing activities
Contribute to value engineering and plan reviews
Source new development opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a demonstrated interest in real estate development
Previous experience in real estate, construction, or related fields
Familiarity with real estate contracts
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with strong public speaking abilities
Highly organized and efficient in a multi-tasking environment
Self-disciplined and hardworking in a fast-paced setting
