Responsibilities
Independently performs both routine and complex maintenance and repairs
Requires advanced technical knowledge and skills to perform corrective and preventative maintenance on all Capital Transit vehicles and equipment
Work closely with the Supervisor to assist in system analysis and policy implementation
Qualification
Required
Three (3) years of experience in automotive, construction/heavy equipment, truck, or transit bus repair and maintenance as appropriate to specific position
Must provide and maintain own set of hand tools
Must obtain a valid Class 'B' Alaska Commercial Driver's License valid for vehicles equipped with airbrakes within 9 months of appointment
