The role involves supporting Close Combat Systems by conducting development testing, systems integration, and flight test initiatives while ensuring compliance with design specifications and verification methods.

Developing Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Reports and leading Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs)
Test Coordination (Security, Shipping, Logistics)
HW and SW test planning and execution (i.e., component, lab, field)
Integration and testing troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
System/subsystem integration including for make and buy hardware
Familiarity with test/evaluation techniques
This position requires the ability to travel to Ocala periodically and Eglin AFB 1-2x per year
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline with 5 years of professional experience or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree
Must have good communication skills, work in a team environment and can solve cross-functional technical problems
The candidate must be comfortable handling hardware

Candidate has 2-4 years Electrical Troubleshooting experience
Candidate has 2-4 years Testing Lab experience
Candidate has 2-4 years Electrical Testing experience
Candidate has 2-4 years Report Writing
Candidate has 2-4 years Problem Solving Capability
Must have experience with test labs (MFC Dynamics Lab or NTS), flight testing
Preferred
Systems Integration and Test experience
Missile flight / Guidance test experience
Familiarity with Flight Tests
Experience with Rocket Motors, Control Actual Systems or ESAFs is helpful
Familiarity with design, integration, analysis, validation, and verification
Experience with Environmental test labs (MFC Dynamics Lab or external test facilities)
AMSTAR and ALSPES at Redstone Testing Center (RTC)
Missile telemetry / data collection and analysis
