Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Corporate Development, Compliance, Security, Privacy, and Operations) to plan and execute integration activities for acquired entities
Provide legal guidance on data privacy, cybersecurity, and global compliance matters during pre- and post-close integration
Draft, review, and negotiate integration-related agreements, policies, and communications
Support risk assessments and compliance readiness reviews across multiple jurisdictions
Communicate regularly with senior stakeholders and target company executives to ensure alignment on integration milestones and risk mitigation
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports for executive-level audiences
Respond quickly and thoughtfully to evolving deal requirements in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
J.D. (or equivalent) and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
5+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally in M&A, integration, or corporate transactions
Strong executive presence and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently while collaborating across global teams
Comfort operating under time pressure, including occasional night/weekend work during deal cycles
Preferred
Background in cybersecurity, data privacy, or global compliance regimes strongly preferred
Prior BigLaw or large-enterprise experience valued for responsiveness and pace
