Responsibilities

Manage our Street Division within the Public Works Department
Oversees streets, snow and ice operations, storm sewers, signage, lighting, pavement markings, and major maintenance and capital programs
Lead and support division staff
Manage multimillion-dollar operating and capital budgets
Coordinate contractors and interdepartmental projects
Serve as a trusted advisor to City leadership, departments, and the community
Blend strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership
Make a visible, lasting impact on city infrastructure and customer service

Required

Bachelor's degree in public works, public administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
five years of related public works or street maintenance experience
valid Class D driver's license
strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
