Responsibilities
Collaborate with Guidewire platform vendors and internal teams to capture PolicyCenter data model updates (new lines of business, coverages, policy structures, etc.)
Translate functional and configuration changes into clear data mapping, transformation, and lineage documentation for integration with GCP BigQuery
Conduct detailed data analysis and profiling of PolicyCenter source tables and data extracts
Work with the Data Architect to align enhancements with the target data model and data warehouse design patterns
Document functional specifications, business rules, and data flow diagrams
Support UAT and end-to-end validation of policy data pipelines
Ensure full data governance and traceability from Guidewire to GCP data marts
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in the P&C insurance domain, with at least 2 years focused on Guidewire PolicyCenter
Strong understanding of policy risk items, coverages, rating, premium, and endorsements
Hands-on experience in data transformation, data mapping, and documentation
Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery preferred)
Proficiency in SQL for validation and data analysis
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination skills
