Responsibilities

Supporting client projects from ideation through production and delivery
Creating clear, accurate first drafts of presentations, quotes, and project plans
Coordinating with vendors, teammates, and clients
Monitoring timelines and proactively identifying risks
Communicating clearly, calmly, and professionally—especially when things are time-sensitive
Starting work independently based on known information, without waiting for perfect clarity

Required

Experience as an executive assistant
Experience as a client-facing project manager
Experience as an event manager or operations lead
Experience as a talent or account manager

Comfortable making practical decisions without consensus
A clear, thoughtful writer
Tech-comfortable (MS Office; learning new tools)
Calm, confident communicator (email, phone, video)
Internally motivated and collaborative
Someone who genuinely enjoys being the person others rely on
