Responsibilities
Originate and advance fund-raising opportunities with institutional investors in the US, with professionals based out of the the West Coast
Lead, co-lead or independently drive capital raising initiatives, prioritizing a warm outreach approach
Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with management teams, Partners, Managing Directors and senior members in large institutional investors and renowned investment banks and advisory firms
Collaborate with internal investment and capital markets teams to frame and progress fund raising efforts
Act as a trusted senior representative of the platform in selective external engagements
Qualification
Required
8–15+ years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, private equity, hedge funds, or structured finance
Proven ability to originate, influence, or advance transactions through trusted relationships
Strong judgment, discretion, and credibility with senior stakeholders
Comfort operating in an entrepreneurial, low-bureaucracy environment
Intellectual curiosity around public-market structure, balance sheets, and capital inefficiencies
