Responsibilities

Managing Projects
Proven track record managing a diverse portfolio of electrical construction projects exceeding $8M+ in annual revenue , including data centers, K-12 schools, hospitals, universities, tenant fit-outs, and retail build outs
Strong command of project financial management , including cost control, revenue tracking, billings, forecasting, margins, gains/fades, commitments, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP)
Extensive experience in change order management , encompassing estimating, scope definition and gap analysis, coordination of vendor and subcontractor pricing and scopes, and negotiation with clients
Highly skilled in project scheduling , integrating subcontractor schedules with General Contractor (GC) master schedules, including pull-planning methodologies
Ability to develop, resource-load, and analyze critical path schedules , supported by a solid understanding of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
Partner closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure milestones are achieved, constraint logs are issued to the GC, manpower aligns with budgets, and deadlines are consistently met
Build and sustain strong client relationships while balancing customer satisfaction with protection of company interests
Managing People
Demonstrated leadership experience focused on building and developing high-performing field and project teams
Lead by example, modeling strong leadership behaviors and fostering accountability on site
Effectively delegate responsibilities while maintaining clear expectations and ownership
Identify strengths and development opportunities, providing continuous coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
Support professional growth through individualized development plans and targeted training
Maintain clear communication between field operations and office personnel
Prepare team members for increased responsibility and future leadership opportunities
Managing the Process
Experienced in operating within structured systems and standardized procedures across all project phases
Enforce safety, quality, schedule, and cost controls to ensure best-in-class execution
Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly project cadence meetings to track scope, schedule, and cost performance
