Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of workers' compensation defense matters from start to resolution
Conduct discovery, depositions, and trials with professionalism and strategy
Maintain regular communication with insurance carriers, employers, and TPAs
Utilize strong case management skills to move matters forward proactively
Uphold a high standard of ethics and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor and active membership in the California State Bar
3+ years of workers' compensation experience (defense preferred; plaintiff/applicant experience considered)
Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and case milestones
