Responsibilities
Guide customers through Implementation, system integration, and best practice training
Train customers to be successful using our tools to ensure account activation
Migrate and configure critical customer data, including rates, inventory, and contracts
Develop and improve onboarding programs, training materials, and Help Center articles
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product knowledge and address adoption challenges
Collect customer feedback, sharing insights with the product team to inform improvements
Monitor customer usage to identify adoption gaps and proactively engage for optimization
Qualification
Required
Highly organized, process-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities
Strong curiosity about marina operations and the business systems they rely on
Tenacity to support customers transitioning to digital solutions
Attention to detail and ability to translate unstructured data into functional systems
Effective communication to explain complex features in simple terms
Collaboration with internal teams to align messaging, training, and customer support
