GTM Talent Partner

Encord is building the AI infrastructure of the future by addressing data quality challenges in AI. They are seeking a GTM Talent Partner to manage high-volume recruiting for commercial and sales roles, focusing on delivering a strong candidate experience and collaborating with hiring managers to meet hiring goals.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruiting for high-volume GTM roles, including Commercial Associates, Account Executives, and other revenue-driving positions
Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining speed, organization, and quality
Source candidates across inbound and outbound channels, using creative and scalable approaches to build strong pipelines
Conduct initial screens to assess motivation, role fit, and core competencies
Partner closely with hiring managers to align on profiles, interview plans, and hiring priorities
Coordinate with Recruiting Coordinators to ensure smooth interview scheduling and candidate communication
Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in our ATS (Lever)
Use recruiting metrics (pipeline health, pass-through rates, time-to-fill) to continuously improve results
Deliver a thoughtful, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process

Required

2–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally supporting GTM, sales, or commercial roles in a fast-growing company
Experience hiring for high-volume or repeatable roles with clear success profiles
Strong sourcing fundamentals and comfort with outbound outreach
Ability to assess candidates quickly and thoughtfully through structured screens
Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
A strong sense of urgency—you like moving fast and getting things done
Clear, professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
Interest in growing your recruiting craft and taking on more responsibility over time

Preferred

Experience recruiting in SaaS, AI, or high-growth startups
Familiarity with Lever or other modern ATS platforms
Experience working in an in-office or hybrid environment
Exposure to data-driven recruiting or pipeline analytics
Interest in employer branding, candidate messaging, or improving hiring processes
