Responsibilities
Expertly manage and optimize complex calendars - coordinate all aspects of the President, CFO, and VP of HR schedules, including high volume of complex domestic and international travel arrangements; understand the executive’s needs and work to meet them
Act as the primary point of contact for the President, CFO, and VP of HR, handling all communications with precision and professionalism
Lead the organization and coordination of executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action item follow-up
Drive the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines
Partner with other executive assistants to provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in working effectively within a team of administrative professionals
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as an integral part of a high-performing team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly preferred
A minimum of 10 years of experience in an executive assistant role, with proven success in supporting C-level executives
Ability to travel domestically/internationally <10%
