Responsibilities
Enter vendor bills, invoices, and expenses accurately into QuickBooks Online
Review documentation for completeness and proper coding before entry
Match invoices to purchase orders or job costs when applicable
Assist with organizing and maintaining digital financial records
Support basic accounts payable tracking and reporting
Communicate with internal team members regarding missing or unclear information
Follow established processes to ensure timely and accurate data entry
Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information
Use JobTread for job-related expense tracking when applicable (training provided if needed)
Qualification
Required
Prior experience with QuickBooks Online required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with JobTread a plus, but not required
Previous data entry or accounts payable experience preferred
