Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of recruiters in meeting hiring goals and service level expectations across business units
Collaborate with the Recruiting Director to operationalize talent acquisition strategies
Ensure all open roles are posted, tracked, and filled according to approved timelines and budget
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview structures, and selection criteria
Review resumes, assign requisitions, and coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams
Monitor recruiter performance and provide coaching, feedback, and support to meet productivity and quality expectations
Oversee the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate and timely data entry and status updates
Assist in organizing hiring events and job fairs, coordinate logistics and staffing needs for successful execution
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws
Assist with onboarding processes and handoffs to HR/Payroll for smooth new hire transition
Participate in recruitment reporting and metrics tracking and recommend process improvements
Qualification
Required
Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
5+ years of progressive recruitment experience
Experience managing both in-house and contracted recruitment teams
Track record of implementing successful recruitment strategies in high-growth environments
Understanding of talent needs in telecom, construction industries
Experience with multiple recruitment channels and platforms
Knowledge of recruitment compliance requirements and best practices
Background in developing recruitment processes and systems
Business acumen with the ability to align recruitment strategies with business needs
Excellence in stakeholder management and communication at all levels
Proven ability to lead and develop recruitment teams in fast-paced environments
Mobility for Travel, Meetings and Site Visits
Manual Dexterity for Computer and Phone Use
Visual and Hearing Acuity
Preferred
Professional certifications in HR/ Recruitment preferred
Master's degree in Human Resources, or Business Administration beneficial
