Responsibilities
Provide direct support to the SVP of Engineering
Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
Enable focus on strategic priorities
Manage complex scheduling across time zones
Coordinate travel and expenses
Support key meetings, events, and deliverables
Drive consistency, prioritization, and operational excellence across administrative support
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience providing executive support to Senior Director- or VP-level leaders
Demonstrated project management experience, including tracking deliverables and driving tasks to completion
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets), Slack, and Microsoft Office
Experience coordinating travel, expenses, and event logistics (meetings, all-hands, off-sites)
Proven ability to improve and scale administrative or operational processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously across teams, locations, and time zones
Experience with document writing, editing, and preparation for executive-level audiences
Prior experience mentoring or leading peers within an administrative or EA function
Preferred
Experience supporting engineering, product, or other highly technical organizations
Prior experience operating in a high-growth or fast-scaling company
