Responsibilities
Administer, monitor, and optimize enterprise infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms
Configure, patch, and maintain Windows Server (2012 R2–2022) and IIS environments
Design, implement, and maintain secure, highly available cloud and network architectures
Manage AWS environments (required), with experience in Azure (preferred) and GCP (nice to have)
Manage Microsoft 365, identity platforms, and multi-cloud services
Configure and support network policies, firewalls, and security hardening for compliance
Create and manage Azure DevOps projects, repositories, and CI/CD pipelines
Support middleware platforms, APIs, automation tools, and batch services
Perform server performance tuning, troubleshooting, and operational support
Collaborate with developers, vendors, and internal IT teams to implement infrastructure improvements
Provide daily operational support and lead resolution of complex technical issues
Perform Linux administration (RedHat & Ubuntu) and maintain networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
Recommend infrastructure improvements for cost, performance, and scalability
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on experience in systems and infrastructure administration
Strong experience with Windows Server (2012 R2–2022) and IIS
Extensive hands-on experience with AWS; Azure and GCP experience is a plus
Solid knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls) and security best practices
Experience with DevOps tools, automation, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
Proficiency in Linux administration (RedHat and Ubuntu)
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and identity management platforms
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-availability environment
