Front desk operations and patient check-in/check-out
Patient-facing support and customer service
Appointment scheduling and clinic coordination
Insurance verification and authorization processing
Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
Collaboration with therapists, providers, and administrative staff
Supporting clinic workflow across multiple therapy units on the same campus
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in an outpatient (OP) clinic strongly preferred
Familiarity with outpatient therapy workflows is a plus
Strong interpersonal and patient service skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Comfortable managing a busy front desk environment
Preferred
Candidates trained on Apex are strongly preferred
