Responsibilities
The planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of Engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility
Compile, prepare, and present information to management and communicate effectively across multiple disciplines
Ensure Engineering is coordinated across program and suppliers/ other business areas and support Ad hoc tasking by Systems Engineering and Program management leaders
Qualification
Required
Candidates are working towards a bachelors or masters degree in a STEM field
Ability and desire to assume ownership of tasks and drive to closure quickly and efficiently
Proficient in MS office tools including MS Project Plans
Must be a US Citizen
Understanding of engineering principles and processes with the ability to translate complex technical ideas between discipline
Preferred
Excellent communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members, customers, and leadership
Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
Proficient in complex problem solving requiring multidisciplinary thinking
