Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic travel and logistics with precision and foresight
Act as an on-the-ground extension of leadership when traveling
Anticipate needs before meetings, events, and site visits
Own complex, constantly shifting calendars for two executives
Prioritize ruthlessly, protect focus time, and manage tradeoffs
Prepare leaders with the right information at the right moment
Lead cross-functional projects from idea to execution
Drive timelines, accountability, and outcomes
Translate executive vision into action across teams
Handle confidential initiatives with discretion and sound judgment
