Responsibilities

Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions
Conduct thorough reference checks to verify candidate qualifications and employment history
Extend employment offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates
Design and deliver comprehensive new employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify trends in employee turnover
Process all employee status changes including promotions, transfers, and terminations
Lead and mentor junior team members in human resources functions
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Maintain accurate documentation and records for all hiring and employee transition activities
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and organizational goals
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout all HR processes

Required

3+ years of recruiting experience
Bachelor's Degree Required
Experience with ATS platforms: Indeed, LinkedIn, HireEZ

Ability to leverage AI tools
Strong Boolean search capabilities
High judgment; ability to qualify talent effectively
Strong customer engagement
Strong interpersonal skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment techniques
Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency in making sound judgments with minimal supervision
