Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of enterprise‑scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
Architect and implement cloud‑native solutions using AWS services including EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, and more
Mentor and coach engineering teams, conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and drive technical excellence across the organization
Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3–4 years in a technical leadership capacity
Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services, and distributed system architecture
Strong hands‑on experience with AWS cloud, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate across business and engineering teams
