Qualification
Required
10+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise environments
Strong SQL database experience – MUST HAVE
Deep understanding of Finance & HR systems and data-driven applications
Leads design discussions and develops high-quality, maintainable code
Troubleshoots complex issues and drives root-cause resolution
Mentors junior engineers and provides technical guidance
Supports medium to large development efforts and modernization projects
Preferred
Oracle Database expertise – strongly preferred
TOAD proficiency – strongly preferred
